Bumps opensqlany and opensqlany-cli to 0.3.0 and dates the CHANGELOG section (2026-11-01). Install snippets in the READMEs and docs move to
opensqlany = "0.3".0.3.0 is a breaking release: the API reshape (error kinds, read options, typed warnings, non_exhaustive result types), stricter AP keystream and slot-directory checks, store validation on open, and the page-0 CRC-only check (#30). See CHANGELOG.md for the full list.
Checks run locally: fmt, clippy -D warnings, tests,
cargo publish --dry-run -p opensqlany. Publishing happens when the v0.3.0 tag is pushed.
