Review comments at @CONTRIBUTING.md:
- Line 5: Update the links in CONTRIBUTING.md to point to destinations that
already exist, or ensure the referenced Code of Conduct, security policy, and
support files are available before publishing the links.
- Line 20: Add a CODEOWNERS file in a GitHub-supported location with the agreed
owner assignments so GitHub can request code-owner reviews; if the requirement
is deferred, explicitly record that decision instead.
- Line 22: Update the Core release description to say that merges with
release-triggering commits publish a new package version, rather than implying
every merge does; leave the React and Angular compatibility guidance unchanged.

Closes #166
Part of TEDI-Design-System/general#247.
CONTRIBUTING.md: reporting issues (bugs, Discussions, design repo, security), making a change, the direct release fromrc, local setup, and the Figma token sync (which files are generated, how the sync PR works, running the export locally)..github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/config.yml: contact links for private security reports, Slack, Discussions and the design repo. Blank issues stay enabled.README.md: Contributing section points toCONTRIBUTING.mdand fixes the wiki link. The README is copied into the npm package.PRs use the organization default template from TEDI-Design-System/.github#1, which also adds the code of conduct, security policy and support page this guide links to, so the two should be merged together.
