The SVG viewport clips the Taskade wordmark, and the press-kit link will not render because its metadata uses the unsupported guidelines key instead of guide.

What changed in this PR
Adds Taskade to the logo catalog with vector mascot and wordmark assets, plus brand metadata.
Changes:
- Adds a 64×64 mascot icon and a 120×60 mascot-and-wordmark SVG.
- Adds catalog metadata with website, social, and press-kit links.
