What
Extend the Python wheel/sdist consumer smoke check to verify installed import origin and version, all six valid and seven invalid fixtures, and deterministic event construction against the shared Python/npm golden control. The helper is copied into a fresh environment and run with Python -I outside the checkout.
Validation
Linux/Python 3.12.14, hash-locked test dependencies: full Python suite 163 tests OK with process-local OTEL_TRACES_SAMPLER=always_on. The initial inherited sampler setting caused three OTel test failures; changing that environment setting resolves them without source changes. Wheel and sdist built with python -m build; each installed in a separate fresh environment and passed all 13 validation fixtures plus the golden event, version and import-origin checks. These consumer installs resolve supported runtime dependencies afresh, as the existing release smoke test does; they are not a locked deployment certification.
Five harness tests include accept-all, reject-all, changed-factory and empty-control near misses. Changed-file syntax/import lint and whitespace checks pass. No SDK runtime, schema, privacy policy, dependency pin or release permission changes. No package published.
