The listing still says release 0.2.0 has not been reproduced by a maintainer. That sentence predates the review on #295, where 0.2.0 was reproduced on 2026-10-12 in a fresh Windows Python 3.12 environment, including an independent recomputation of the references digest.

This PR updates that one sentence. No other change; documentation only.

Imran Siddique reproduced 0.2.0 on 2026-10-12, see the review on agentrust-io#295. The listing text predates that review.

Reviewed exact head df572d1ea879b1244409695e6272c32c1a81aa9d in an isolated checkout.

The historical reproduction claim is supported by the original maintainer review on #295: imran-siddique recorded an independent fresh Windows/Python 3.12 run with pinned PyPI packages, Level 0 PASS, signature/reference-digest verification and a tamper refusal on 2026-10-12. The documentation appropriately identifies that reproduction and does not promote it to higher-assurance evidence.

I validated the current integration manifests, compatibility, generated index and marketplace catalog, and the diff whitespace check; all passed. Sign-offs are present. This review verifies the documentation against that primary review record; I have not performed another Windows reproduction. Hosted link, weight-custody-manifest and policy failures remain separate blockers.
