Frontend Developer | London, United Kingdom
Interfaces that feel effortless.
I build responsive, interactive interfaces for real products and businesses. I've worked in frontend development since 2019, from CRM and Salesforce interfaces to customer facing websites and ecommerce experiences.
I enjoy the space between design and engineering: turning Figma designs into usable interfaces, thinking through interaction details, and writing components that are easier to maintain.
Frontend development: JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML, CSS and SCSS.
Product interfaces: Dynamic forms, search and filtering, product configuration, basket and checkout interactions, and API driven UI.
UI quality: Responsive layouts, keyboard accessibility, reusable components, visual consistency and thoughtful details.

Some commercial work is not public. I describe my responsibilities and implementation decisions without sharing private client code.

- Understand the user journey and the design before choosing an implementation.
- Use semantic HTML and accessible interaction patterns as the starting point.
- Keep state, components and styling understandable for the next developer.
- Test important behaviours, loading states and edge cases, not just the happy path.
I'm developing Helix UI and continuing to deepen my React, TypeScript, testing and component architecture skills.
I'm interested in full time Frontend Developer and React Developer opportunities with UK product teams, particularly London hybrid and remote roles.
