Why

• Publish the previously local Docker/netuse hardening together with the approved security baseline.
• Address the first Codex review finding about exit/exec bypassing the netuse completion marker.

How

• Preserve Docker registry configuration handling, credential-helper warnings and nonzero command statuses from the local commit.
• Run the wrapped netuse command in an additional subshell so exit and exec cannot terminate the completion-marker writer.
• Add exit 0, exit 7 and exec/exit 29 regression cases; document private vulnerability reporting in SECURITY.md.

Tests

• ShellCheck and shfmt passed for the changed shell files.
• ./tests/test-installer-functions.sh passed.
• ./tests/docker-ubuntu-smoke.sh passed, including bounded Linux netuse tests on Bash and Zsh and Bash 3.2 compatibility.
• git diff --check passed. No real installer, account credentials or macOS defaults were changed.
