Add RedfishEventLogPlugin for Redfish LogService entries - #331

Collects <log_service_path>/Entries with $skip pagination (stops at Members@odata.count, on a page with no new entries, or at max_pages) because some services repeat the same Members@odata.nextLink. Entries are stored newest first by Created; each page is saved as an artifact. Optional LogService.ClearLog after collection (INTERACTIVE only). The analyzer reports Critical entries as ERROR and Warning entries as WARNING events, collapsed by Severity and MessageId with a count, and supports since and MessageId include/exclude filters.

Add RedfishEventLogPlugin for bmc event log collection and AmcRedfishEventLogPlugin for amc event log collection
