2.0.8 adds webflow to the OAuth2 provider allow-list. Without it every Appwrite migration of auth settings reports an error for webflow instead of skipping it, which fails MigrationsConsoleClientTest.

Webflow was added as an OAuth2 provider in #13946, but utopia-php/migration didn't know about it, so every Appwrite to Appwrite migration of auth settings reported "No migration resource for OAuth2 provider 'webflow'" and MigrationsConsoleClientTest has been failing on main since. 2.0.8 adds webflow to the allow-list (utopia-php/migration#228).
