Replaces Manolis with Manos in the mention-rendering fixtures for C#, C++, and TypeScript, keeping each input and expected output consistent.
Validation: all three JSON files parse; reviewed the matching input/output replacements and verified the published branch contents. Full interpreter suites were not run locally for this fixture-text change.
