I saw similar breakage over at astropy linkcheck for some old versions (3.1, 4.1, 5.1, something like that), so I did a similar update to RTD redirects for astropy. If you all notice anything else fishy with the redirects, please let me know. 🤞

This is a minor maintainence fix that updates some of the links to their permanent location, but more importantly fixes the one broken link. Something is borked with what should have been automatic redirects to archived versions of old docs for just release 5.1. I just replaced it with a direct link to the relevant wayback machine entry.
TL;DR this should get the tests passing again due to the broken link fix.
