Calls azerothcore/reusable-workflows instead of keeping a local copy of the workflow and apps/ci/ci-codestyle.sh, the way core-build already does.

Also stops codestyle running twice per pull request: the push trigger had no branch filter.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Updated automated code-quality checks to run through a shared workflow.
    • Added code-style validation for pushes to the master branch.
    • Replaced the previous project-specific validation process with centralized checks.

📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The codestyle workflow now runs through a reusable workflow on pull requests and pushes to master. The repository-local codestyle script was removed.

Changes

Codestyle workflow migration

Layer / File(s) Summary
Reusable codestyle workflow
.github/workflows/core_codestyle.yml, apps/ci/ci-codestyle.sh
The workflow restricts push triggers to master and replaces the local matrix job with the reusable azerothcore/reusable-workflows codestyle workflow. The local regex-based codestyle script is deleted.

Security Misconfiguration

Reachability: External
CWE: CWE-732 — Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource

Declare read-only token permissions for the codestyle job.

codestyle_modules.yml only checks out repository contents and runs the codestyle script. Set contents: read so repository defaults cannot grant the called workflow broader GITHUB_TOKEN access.

Pin the reusable workflow to a full commit SHA.

@main can select different workflow code on later runs. The called workflow runs with this job's GITHUB_TOKEN; because this workflow sets no permissions, its scope depends on repository or organization defaults. Pin a reviewed full SHA and update it through a controlled dependency process.
