php.net no longer serves https://www.php.net/get/php-X.Y.Z.tar.gz/from/this/mirror (returns 404 for every version), which breaks the build of every layer. Download from https://www.php.net/distributions/ instead. Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_0189hs81YWtrjJeeqAH3U5Rz
