Describe your changes

• The SonarQube workflow was failing because Java 17 is no longer available on GitHub Actions runners
• Upgraded SonarQube Scanner CLI from 5.0.1.3006 to 6.1.0.4477 (v6.x requires Java 17+, so aligning with JDK 21)
• Extracted the scanner version into a top-level env variable (SONAR_SCANNER_VERSION) to avoid hardcoding
• Updated download URL and directory references to use the -linux-x64 suffix required by the v6.x artifact naming convention (v5.x used -linux)

• Updated JDK version from 17 → 21
• Added env.SONAR_SCANNER_VERSION: '6.1.0.4477' at workflow level
• Updated curl download URL from -linux.zip → -linux-x64.zip
• Updated mv target directory from -linux → -linux-x64

Why

GitHub Actions deprecated Java 17 from its runner images. The workflow was using java-version: '17' which caused the build and SonarQube analysis steps to fail. Upgrading to JDK 21 (LTS) restores the workflow. The scanner was also bumped to v6.1.0.4477 to stay current, which required updating the artifact naming convention from -linux to -linux-x64.
