refactor(expo-native-components): remove unused biometric credential bridge

Description

Stacked on #9960, which moves useBiometricCredentials availability, list, enroll, revoke, and sign-in to JS and @clerk/expo-biometrics. After that change, @clerk/expo only calls reverifyWithBiometrics on the ClerkExpo native module.

This removes the native trusted-device functions nothing calls anymore from @clerk/expo-native-components, on both platforms:

• getTrustedDeviceAvailability, listTrustedDevices, enrollTrustedDevice, revokeTrustedDevice, signInWithTrustedDevice
• Their bridge methods and payload/policy/availability mappers, plus the unit tests for those mappers

reverifyWithBiometrics stays on the native SDK, with its configuration guard, level parsing, factor continuation, payload, and error mapping, until clerk-js supports FAPI's trusted-device reverification gate for API version 2026-08-20.

@clerk/expo-native-components is unreleased and these functions were never part of its TypeScript spec, so the changeset is empty.
