Mark the deprecation update as completed, remove the migration guide (with a redirect to the bank statements overview) and rename the report in the Excel download overview. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The bank statements overview now shows the categorized bank statement report flow instead of SDK samples for the removed endpoint. Remove enhancedCashFlow from the Excel report types and delete the draft Enhanced Cash Flow Excel page. The Portal page keeps the "Enhanced Cash Flow" name because the Portal still shows it.
