Release: S3 driver for the DigitalOcean Spaces bucket - #50

The app now has its own bucket in the codebar DigitalOcean team, and the AWS_* variables are set in Laravel Cloud. Without league/flysystem-aws-s3-v3 the s3 disk can't be used, so FILESYSTEM_DISK stays local until this is deployed. Also defines the s3 disk in config/filesystems.php, which only had the local disk.
