Hide removed Profil Klett grant report links from grassroots grants

Summary

• After Remove internal Profil Klett grant reports from public evidence #3670, the internal report PDFs return 404 but their tiles still appeared on https://codeweek.eu/grassroots-grants because production still has the DB image rows.
• Stop rendering those excluded filenames on the public page immediately.
• Add a follow-up migration to delete the stale DB links.
