Development

• Local dev no longer serves stale images from a persistent cache (fix: disable persistent image cache in dev #246, thanks @srujankaleru2007), and vitest is on 4.1.12 (chore(deps): bump vitest to 4.1.12 #183)
• The undici, zod and fast-uri advisories are patched (fix(deps): patch the undici, zod and fast-uri advisories #269)
• The monthly leaderboard label codercops-accepted, the funding manifest proof file, and a maintainers and funding section in the README (chore: monthly leaderboard label, funding manifest proof, maintainers section #369)

New templates, so this is a minor release (v1.8.0).

From a branch off production like the last few releases. The tree matches dev as of #376.
