• setup.py's dev extra still lists pylint; left alone because any setup.py change triggers a version bump (PR fix: resolve Snyk findings (hardcoded secrets in tests, urllib3 floor) - v1.11.3 #192 already bumps to 1.11.3).
• ruff check contentstack_management/ reports findings under default rules, so it is not wired as a gate.

Verification

• snyk test --file=requirements-dev.txt: pylint/astroid findings gone; only the certifi MPL-2.0 note remains (needs a policy exception, not a code change).
