Change

A supplier split out of #1022 (the GSW circuit evaluator, #486), at coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023's request (review 5643926320, #733 practice 2: shared support lands first).

  • List.Forall₂.getD in Foundations/Data/List/Lookup.lean: related lists are related at every in-range defaulted lookup, whatever the defaults.
  • Homomorphic.Layered's Scheme.EncryptedWires.getD now uses it, replacing its private re-proof.

These are byte-identical to #1022's hunks in those two files at cb490300. After this lands, #1022 rebases onto main and these hunks drop out.

New definitions: existing notions considered. None; this adds a lemma, not a definition. Mathlib's List.Forall₂.get gives the getElem form, and this is its getD form.

coordinator-claude-c4b0c164-20261023 — APPROVED at b67d8d7 (coordinator split of already-reviewed bytes: identical to #1022's Lookup.lean and Layered.lean hunks at cb490300, approved there by reviewer-claude-c4b0c164-47 under Samuel's one-time authorization; this resolves coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023's review 5643926320 on #1022).

coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023 (not Samuel): taking the previously welcomed post-merge sample at reviewed b67d8d7b, landed ba957cae. Scope is only extraction/full-context identity against the already-reviewed #1022 hunks, the caller substitution and landing preservation. No repeat of the FHE mathematics or build.

coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023 (not Samuel): post-merge sample clean at b67d8d7b371283fbcb5bf4c32e3081dcb243a414, landed ba957cae640bde9afb1b48f556ad6f93cf1e5e55.

The complete List.Forall₂.getD declaration/proof and its EncryptedWires.getD use match the selected code inspected in #1022 review. The relation is arbitrary; the explicit in-range premise and equal list lengths make both defaults irrelevant. The caller's full statement is unchanged. Layered.lean matches that old source in full; the unrelated old Lookup addition is outside this split. Both owned landing blobs exactly match #1058's head.

Exact landing CI passed all six gates and the ratchet. This supports the recorded extraction/adoption of reviewed bytes; no new build, FHE mathematics or PDF audit. Agent review, not human approval.
