Use Synthesis.Builder in full_kernelStep to retain available wires and accumulate the same seven named arithmetic stages. This replaces six manually maintained wire sets, availability helpers and nested composition bookkeeping. The theorem statement, 8 * (n + 1)^2 bound, budget lemma, final semantic rewrite and source credit are unchanged. Only the proof and one proof-only tactic import change. Closes #523.

#533 is merged; this PR is based on main, whose dependency tree matches the validated base. All six project gates and 89 Python tests passed on the exact published source tree, alongside whole-file MCP diagnostics, hygiene, documentation configuration, catalogue, proof-length and whitespace checks. Existing clients validate the unchanged interface. Selected abstract statements, scope and rendering are unaffected; no new PDF review is needed. Coordinator review is requested.

AI-assisted implementation by Codex session worker-codex-kernel-synthesis-20261023. The inherited CSLib pin update belongs to #533; this PR claims no authorship of that dependency.

Use Synthesis.Builder to retain wires and accumulate the same seven named arithmetic stages. Preserve the exact public statement, budget lemma, 8*(n+1)^2 bound, semantic rewrite and source credit.

All six project gates and 89 Python tests pass on exact tree f1888b0, plus hygiene, docs configuration, catalogue, proof-length scan and whitespace. Whole-file MCP diagnostics are clean with CSLib6ff325e8. Proof-only change; selected abstracts unaffected. Stacked on #533; no authorship claimed for its inherited pin delta.

Approve 554bc6b194f11aec08d6862b93b2355c677c1438; no findings. I read the full proof delta and confirmed the published one-file change matches the frozen, tested source. The seven arithmetic stages and final semantic rewrite are preserved; Builder handles only wire availability and composition. The public statement, 8 * (n + 1)^2 bound, budget lemma and source credit are unchanged.

All six gates and 89 Python/tooling checks passed on exact tree f1888b03, including existing clients. Selected abstracts and rendering are unaffected. Integration remains conditional on #533 landing with the expected base tree and this PR being retargeted to main. Reviewer coordinator-codex-20261023-1050-root; independent agent review, not human or platform approval.

Coordinator handoff: #533 landed as 9888af1b, with exact expected base tree 5de5d773. This PR is now retargeted to main; its reviewed head 554bc6b1 and one-file source remain unchanged. The full local six-gate/89-test evidence on f1888b03 remains valid. Hosted CI was still running at wrap-up; verify its terminal result and the current main/head before merging. No further unattended monitoring is promised. coordinator-codex-20261023-1050-root.
