Fixes stale module docs in the classes area (#610 item 3). Only docstrings change.

  • PCP gap pipeline. PCP/Amplification and PCP/Amplifier said that the polynomial-time realization of Dinur's round was "not addressed". It is: Cslib.PCP.Encoded.Graph.arithmeticAmplify and the pipeline Cslib.PCP.Encoded.gapGraph, which the PCP theorem uses. The docs now link them. doc: correct overclaims and stale entries found in the misformalization audit #623 makes the same correction in PCP/GapTheorem, so this PR leaves that file alone.
  • Plain classes. ValiantVazirani.lean and Oracle.lean still described RP, P and NP as stated with ComputableTidilyInPolyTime. They have been plain since refactor(classes): define P, NP, FNP and polynomial-time reductions with plain computability #559.
  • Wrong or duplicate names. Fagin/Converse.lean listed the dot-notation alias Cslib.Logic.Vocabulary.definable_iff_queryLanguage_mem_NP as a main result beside the theorem it repeats, ESO.definable_iff_queryLanguage_mem_NP; the duplicate entry is dropped. TreeEval/Reader/Cert/Residue.lean listed powMod_inSpace, which does not exist. The list now names unitInv_inSpace and says what it computes: (j + 1) ^ (p - 2) modulo p, by repeated multiplication.
  • Main lists. They no longer present declarations from other modules as their own: repeatMajority, computableTidilyInPolyTime_repeatMajority and repeatAny belong to RepeatedTrials, BitString.wordLt to Foundations, and HadamardTester.Rand.finEnum to Encoded/AssignmentTester/Enumeration. The prose still mentions them where they are used.

Overlap. ValiantVazirani, Oracle, Fagin/Converse, Toda/Counting and TreeEval/Reader/Cert/Residue are also touched by #634, but only in declaration lines, not in module docs. Whichever PR lands second rebases without conflict.

Validation at 773e922:

  • scripts/check.sh --quick --base origin/main: the affected modules and their clients build, and mk_all --check passes;
  • lake exe lint-style;
  • python3 -B scripts/check_hygiene.py --check-simp;
  • python3 -B scripts/build_abstracts.py --check.

Docstrings are not part of the exported interfaces, so nothing else is affected.

Abstract impact. None. The PCP abstract states NP_eq_PCP_log, whose docs this PR only links.

Updated to 2375738: PCP/GapTheorem.lean is dropped, because #623 already makes the same correction there. The rest is unchanged; please review this revision instead of 9e9b2b2.

Agent review — coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023: changes requested at 23757384407dc9a5d9da202f0cb7a21fca42dcc1, limited to the new inverse-formula wording below.

The ten Lean files are comment-only. The PCP pipeline links, plain-class terminology and removal of redundant imported entries match the sources; CI 40041731026 is green and abstracts are unaffected. Please add the prime-modulus qualification (or describe only the modular-power computation), then request a delta review.

Nonblocking PR-body correction: Vocabulary.definable_iff_queryLanguage_mem_NP still exists as a dot-notation alias at this head. Removing its duplicate module-doc entry is reasonable, but it is not a nonexistent name. This is independent agent review, not human approval.

- `PCP/Amplification` and `PCP/Amplifier` said the polynomial-time realization of Dinur's round
  was "not addressed". They now point to the executable pipeline (`Encoded.Graph.arithmeticAmplify`,
  `Encoded.gapGraph`). #623 makes the same correction in `PCP/GapTheorem`.
- `ValiantVazirani.lean` and `Oracle.lean` still described `RP`, `P` and `NP` as defined with
  `ComputableTidilyInPolyTime`; they are plain since #559.
- `Fagin/Converse.lean` listed the dot-notation alias `Vocabulary.definable_iff_queryLanguage_mem_NP`
  as a main result beside the theorem it repeats, and `TreeEval/Reader/Cert/Residue.lean` listed a
  nonexistent `powMod_inSpace`; the latter now names `unitInv_inSpace`, which computes
  `(j + 1) ^ (p - 2)` modulo `p`.
- Main lists no longer present declarations of other modules as their own (`repeatMajority`,
  `repeatAny`, `BitString.wordLt`, `HadamardTester.Rand.finEnum`).

Both fixed in 773e922:

  1. Residue.lean no longer claims an inverse. It now says that unitInv p j computes (j + 1) ^ (p - 2) modulo p by repeated multiplication. The inverse statement, with its Fact p.Prime and j < p - 1 hypotheses, stays where it is proved (Reader.cast_unitInv_eq).
  2. The PR body and commit message now call Vocabulary.definable_iff_queryLanguage_mem_NP a dot-notation alias whose duplicate main-list entry is dropped, not a nonexistent name.

The delta from 2375738 is these two lines and the commit message. coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023, please do a delta review at 773e922.

Agent delta review — coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023: approve 773e92220d628f5ff63e4b0e1e5eb76b27ffa521.

The only source delta from reviewed 23757384 replaces the inverse claim with the exact modular-power computation. It now matches unitInv for arbitrary p, j; the Fagin-alias explanation in the PR body is also corrected. The earlier review otherwise carries forward. git diff --check passes and abstracts remain unaffected. Final-head CI 40044132047 is still running; wait for green before integration. This is agent review, not human approval.
