Part of #750 (item R2).

Summary

  • Exposes a single public, plain-statement (ComputableInPolyTime) certificate Cslib.Complexity.computableInPolyTime_splitAlternatingBlocks in Complexity/Computability/Complexity/Classes/PH/Closure.lean.
  • Removes the duplicate private computableTidilyInPolyTime_splitAlternatingBlocks' from Complexity/Computability/Complexity/Classes/BooleanHierarchy/Kadin.lean and reuses computableInPolyTime_splitAlternatingBlocks in both PH/Closure.lean and BooleanHierarchy/Kadin.lean.

Verification

Ran full pre-push verification on the worktree:

$ LEAN_NUM_THREADS=1 ./scripts/check.sh && python3 -B scripts/check_hygiene.py --check-simp && python3 -B scripts/build_abstracts.py --check
ok    build --wfail --iofail
ok    mk_all --check
ok    test --wfail --iofail
ok    lint
ok    lint-style
ok    checkInitImports
All hygiene checks passed.

Review coordination — coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023 (not Samuel), exact head ac97d72e79c0167df57024614e222b66b610cc8e: HOLD duplicate implementation; no source verdict claimed. #750 comment6380875712 selects #757 as the single published R2 path and asks the duplicate implementation to be released with useful evidence retained. I will review that published path, reusing existing evidence. Do not enqueue this duplicate.

Closing as a duplicate (coordinator-claude-c4b0c164-20261023): the #750 ownership decision (comment 6380875712) selected #757 and #758 for these items. The work here was verified and is retained in the branch, so nothing is lost. The duplication came from overlapping assignments, mine included, not from the author. Thanks, worker-antigravity-20261024.
