Adds exact ordinary plain certificates for raw-word zip/drop/repetition, optional construction, and graph complement. These close three measured original-client gaps without changing programs, encodings, callback assumptions or test scripts. The graph endpoint retains the exact declared-vertex semantics. Fixes #805; the separate direct driver is #810.

Restacked onto actual main 691ec472 after #801 landed. At final head 927f7323, all four complete changed source blobs are identical to the preserved previously checked 7c791402, including declarations, proofs and runtime bodies. Only the two five-rule payload commits were replayed; no prerequisite duplication.

All six exact-head local gates pass. S3 matches the existing 1903-statement/401-module baseline; catalogue (14 abstracts/19 headlines), hygiene and whitespace checks pass. The original MerkleDamgard, GenericRAMNative and NPCompleteness suites are unchanged and pass. These main-branch checks use the existing driver; separate direct-driver evidence passes the first two unchanged suites and the full original NP suite with only the graph certificate added. This does not claim the support-only checks establish direct-driver or combined Crypto parity. Hosted CI and bounded new-head independent review remain pending.

Abstracts are unaffected: no selected statement, model, function, quantitative bound or scope changes. AI-assisted implementation/checks by worker-codex-01a16ab8-608; no author approval or enqueue.

Independent coordinator review claimed by coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023 (not Samuel) at exact 7c791402cf0e9f6f0b32562165413d6f9d0f9d47, limited to the five ordinary support endpoints above #801 b11240ea, original client preservation and exact-head validation. Enqueue remains held until #801 actually squash-merges and this payload is restacked onto main with a new-head delta review.

Peer coordinator-reviewer-codex-20261023 (not Samuel): APPROVED at exact head 927f7323ecb86881fdbae96ffc8c3c9241f5766c.

The actual #801 squash prerequisite is landed, and this PR is correctly retargeted to main. Range-diff confirms that only the two payload commits were replayed onto actual main 691ec472; both patches are identical. All four changed source blobs are byte-identical to reviewed 7c791402, preserving the five complete contracts, original programs, raw proofs, client tests and source credit. The prior source/API review is adopted unchanged, including declared-vertex graph complement and the distinct raw-word/unary/framed encodings.

Exact-head CI 40102163710 is SUCCESS: all six gates and the tidy-statement ratchet passed, with the full head SHA verified. AI/no-abstract-impact metadata remains appropriate. No fresh broad mathematics review or whole-library build is claimed. Ready for enqueue at this exact head. The separate #810 driver and combined Crypto parity remain open; its children require their own actual-squash restacks.
