Replace the legacy Flutter FFI with XWF 0.4 and Xelis Dart SDK 0.36. Install the Rust toolchain required by XWF Native Assets in build and test images and CI. Preserve exact atomic values and prepared transactions through review and broadcast. Handle reconnects, shutdown, confirmations, recovery and deletion through the Stack adapter and retain their behavioral regression tests. Run native wallet and SWB restoration with the default tests. Keep devnet transfers and channel rotation as a documented release check.
Remove the unused native value from transaction wrappers and their adapter template. Drop the redundant catch-and-rethrow around wallet startup.
Persist transactions and reserved balance from one history read during refresh. Serialize these writes with independent updates and retain session checks. Cover pending confirmations, read failures and shutdown.
Separate native adapter, restore, backup and devnet scenarios from persistence unit tests. Document desktop invocations and fail the devnet scenario when its daemon executable is missing.
Pin XWF 0.4.1, which respects the consumer's minimum Android API and enforces the Rust dependency lockfile. Remove redundant Xelis Rust installation from CI and Docker, and document automatic toolchain installation and the existing prebuilt native-assets test configuration.

Restore Xelis wallet support by replacing the legacy FFI package with
xelis_wallet_flutter0.4.0 and updatingxelis_dart_sdkto 0.36.0. Update build and CI prerequisites for Native Assets.Preserve exact amounts and reviewed transactions through broadcast, and handle reconnection, shutdown, recovery, and wallet deletion. Add regression coverage for wallet lifecycle, persistence, send confirmation, and encrypted SWB restoration.
