vsb-tuo: add SSR facet robots rules from dtq-dev (keep bitstream rules) - #1649

Conversation
Adds the scoped-search and facet-link Disallow rules from dtq-dev that keep crawlers off facet-filter and per-collection/community search URLs, which were saturating SSR. Keeps vsb-tuo's existing /bitstream/ and /bitstreams/ rules. Refs dataquest-dev/dspace-customers#1085 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

What
Brings
customer/vsb-tuo'ssrc/robots.txt.ejsin line withdtq-devfor the SSR-protection rules, without touching vsb-tuo's own customizations.Why
The robots file was missing the Discovery facet / scoped-search rules that
dtq-devhas. Crawlers enumerating facet-filter combinations and per-collection/community search URLs were saturating SSR (HTTP 504). These rules keep crawlers off those near-infinite URL permutations. This is not a full overwrite: vsb-tuo intentionally blocks bitstream content (
/bitstream/,/bitstreams/), whichdtq-devdoes not. Those rules are preserved.Change
Added after

/bitstream/and/bitstreams/rules are kept. No other sections changed.Refs dataquest-dev/dspace-customers#1085
