/flow-modelsand Flow: Model settings open the planning/reviewer picker.Prepare 10.0.4 through the guarded Release workflow using an exact-version offline patch record against measured 10.0.2. The record seals the picker and inherited home-startup fixes; dependencies, lockfiles, guidance, model routing, Session v5 schema and runtime gates remain unchanged. No new model qualification or model canary is claimed. Dependabot #213/#214 stay separate to preserve the unchanged-dependency patch scope.
Proof: reproduced the missing command with 10.0.3; verified palette/slash discovery and the dialog from the packed candidate on native OpenCode 2.1.4 Linux and 2.2.2 macOS without a model prompt. The focused regression fails without the fix; strict sealed release initialization passes. Full Linux preflight passed (5,795 tests, 28 skipped, zero failures); 13/13 gated replays reproduced; packed native smoke passed 3 tests/145 assertions; dependency audit found no vulnerabilities in 278 packages.
