• Remove deprecated MoQ, 1-bit/0-1 optimizer, Sparse Attention, and Progressive Layer Dropping examples and their supporting code/configuration.
• Update retained BERT/GLUE code and launchers for current DeepSpeed initialization, training, and precision APIs.
• Migrate Chat and VisualChat LoRA helper imports away from the removed compression library.
