What this does

The second piece of the rtf format: pictures and links.

inline, inline_format, inline_size put real png or jpg files into the document - the same settings, with the same names, ranges and defaults, that html and eml have. Each picture sits in a paragraph that starts with its name (inline_0001.png), in a \pict group shaped the way LibreOffice writes one: its size in pixels from the file, its size on the page at 96 pixels to the inch and never wider than the column of the page RTF assumes. Any other picture format is refused, also with inline=0, since RTF names only those two.
picture_data - hex (default, lines of 128 digits) or binary (\bin, byte for byte, so the document is no longer text).
links - up to 1 000 000 HYPERLINK fields, one per paragraph, 17 kinds in turn, each saying which kind it is, inside a bookmark the first kind points at. Every address is on a domain RFC 2606 keeps for examples.
The manifest records the pictures under the keys html and eml use, plus picture_data and links. Default settings write the bytes they always wrote (golden hashes unchanged).

How it was measured

Six readers on documents made by hand around files from this program, then on the program's own output: LibreOffice 26.2.5.2, pandoc 3.12.1 and 3.1.3 / 3.7.0.2 from apt, the RichEdit control, striprtf 0.0.33 and Apache Tika 4.1.0. The sentences of each setting say what they did - pandoc breaks every png written binary, LibreOffice turns a link without a scheme into file://, and so on.
