Add agent install and update steps

Adds an "Agents and scripts" part to the Install section of README.md and an "Install and update" section to AGENTS.md: the one-command install (Claude Code 2.1.292 or later) with auto-update, the two-step form for older versions, the update command for headless jobs, and how to check the installed and latest versions. Docs only, no version change.
