• Agent lanes no longer stop recording when they grow large: each lane keeps its newest messages and drops the oldest first, like the main inbox.
• New option agentLanesInBand (off by default): adds the unread count of agent lanes to the band and the status line. A Hide stays in force when old lane messages are dropped.
• Known limits: the README now starts with what High Command catches and what it does not catch, and lists the limits you can hit in daily use. Every limit, including the rare ones, is in docs/usage.md.

Update: claude plugin update high-command@high-command, then start a new session or run /reload-plugins.
