- Installer: the installation handler now gets the Slack user id of whoever installed the app, so apps can record who to contact about a workspace.
- Optional and defaulted, so existing handlers and callers keep compiling unchanged.
oauth.v2.access always returns authed_user.id, but the response model bound it as user_id, so it never deserialized and Workspace had nowhere to carry it.
