  enhancement

• Config and index paths depend on the working directory; reset_config_cache misses a cache

  bug
  ethanblauw21/codebase-indexer#64 · Filter by author ethanblauw21 opened on Sep 27, 2026

• Split MCPServer.py: 2,338 lines holding the tools, index state, reindex, watchdog, stdio and app-specific heuristics

  enhancement

  bug
  ethanblauw21/codebase-indexer#47 · Filter by author ethanblauw21 opened on Sep 27, 2026

• Cloud eval: harness depends on un-versioned local state — quickstart fails from a clean clone, and the index cache goes silently stale after an embedder swap
