The crop column differs per schema generation: MAIN_CROP from 2019, the main-season CROPTYP2 in 2016 and 2018, and in 2014 only a name, mapped with the name/code pairs of 2016. Provider is DWR, the date 1 July of the edition year. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

@ivorbosloper Changelog is missing. Otherwise seems good. What's the catch with the hardcoded mapping? Don't we usually use CSV files or so for this? |
DWR maps the whole state. Its urban mask (U, or **** in 2020-2022) is some 2 million ha in county-sized polygons, the largest above the fiboa area maximum; UL2 and NR are urban landscape and riparian vegetation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

us_ca_scm, support 2014-2024. The code includes quite some variability handling because the editions are slightly different.
