br_conab reads its 29 mappings again: Conab rebuilt its portal, and every file now has a new URL (a timestamp prefix and a lower-case name). The list comes from the portal's API, https://barramento.conab.gov.br/portal-informacao-api/api/v1/download.

  • Ids drop the timestamp prefix of the file name, so they stay the same when Conab re-uploads a file.
  • Polygons under 100 m² are left out: the mappings carry digitising slivers, 74,540 of Minas Gerais coffee's 384,438 polygons (19,723 of them under 1 m²) and some 290 elsewhere, plus 8 with zero area that fail validation.
  • migrate combines only the column variants a file has (area_ha/Hectares, cd_mun/CD_MUN, nm_mun/NM_MUN/NM_MUNIC), so a subset of the files converts too.
  • First test for this converter: SC (other column names, EPSG:31982) and RJ, 25 rows each; minimum_area checks the sliver filter.
