Add Fulldev Sites as the product sites

Adds sites (Fulldev Sites, https://sites.full.dev/mcp) to the products, with tests, README and skill text, and a minor changeset. The CLI needs no other change: the tools and instructions come from the Sites MCP server, and long work is followed with get_job and its retryAfterSeconds, so there is no wait command.

The Sites app is fulldotdev/sites#1. Until this is released, agents can use --url https://sites.full.dev/mcp.

Note for the monorepo migration (fulldotdev/fulldev#78): this is a later CLI source change to port.
