Fix: Fix broken link previews on anchored links

What this PR does / why we need it:

Fix link previews not displaying correctly with links to pages which include anchors.

Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
Fixes #176

Definition of Done:

• The code is sufficiently documented
• Shared the changes with the Team so everyone is aware
• The code is appropriately tested
• Checked if the code needs to be backportet to release branches of maintained versions (perform the actual backport after the merge to main)

Thanks for letting me know. Just FYI This is a feature we need to test locally and in prod/deployment as both build types pull different sources (markdown and html), but it works in the test build too. :)
