…build-standalone Adds a daily scheduled workflow that checks the latest release tag from astral-sh/python-build-standalone and opens a PR to bump UPSTREAM_TAG in build.yml when a newer tag is available. Merging the PR triggers the existing build.yml which publishes a new release, completing the update chain to gardenlinux/gardenlinux via test_update_python_runtime.yml.
