docs(unity): Add Unity as a Library page - #20341

Document the experimental NativeInitializationType.External for games embedded into an iOS or Android app that runs its own Sentry SDK (getsentry/sentry-unity#2885, getsentry/sentry-unity#2895): setting up the app and the game, what the export leaves out, what the game shares with the app, the two Android process layouts, and known limitations. List External alongside the other initialization types.
