Aligns with google3, which switched its default interpreter to 3.14 on 2026-08-03 (go/py314-upgrade), and with Mobly's practice of tracking that floor. * `pyproject.toml`: `requires-python = ">=3.14"`. * README: update the stated minimum. * CI: test matrix is now 3.14 only; the pyink format check moves to a single `lint` job instead of running in every matrix cell. No code changes; the release notes for the next release should call out the new minimum.
