Varnish 7 is no longer supported in 6.0, so the pages that used it as the example now use Varnish 9:

The DDEV recipe has not been tested with Varnish 9.. I just did a search&replace

The 4.6 and 5.0 tabs in requirements.md and the "Varnish 7" tabs in the 4.6 and 3.3 update guides are left as they are, as those versions still support Varnish 7.
There is no tab for 6.0 yet, and I didn't add it

ibexa/developer-training also uses varnish7.vcl and needs updating separately. There is no 6.0 branch, so I didn't do it:
