Updating publications

Publications and teaser images are synced from the Gradient Spaces site (../gradientspaces/data.js):

node scripts/sync-publications.mjs --dry-run   # preview changes
node scripts/sync-publications.mjs             # apply them

This adds new publications to index.html, regenerates teasers in files/images/teasers/ when images are added or changed, and lists author/venue differences to fix by hand. Requires cwebp and ffmpeg (brew install webp ffmpeg).
