- Add conference-wide search, merchandise catalogs, and feedback forms.
- Introduce Firestore caching, request batching, cache pruning, and schedule optimizations.
- Add PWA installation and offline support with a manifest, service worker, and app icons.
- Improve navigation, schedule interactions, bookmarks, routing, accessibility, responsive layouts, and visual consistency.
- Standardize icons, headings, focus behavior, empty states, errors, and static copy.
- Expand automated tests and CI validation; refresh dependencies and documentation.
