Overview
Release 0.134.0 adds client.browsers.saveProfile, which snapshots a running browser’s user-data to an existing or new profile via POST /browsers/{id_or_name}/profiles without ending the session.

Callers can target the destination with optional id or name on BrowserSaveProfileParams / SaveProfileRequest. The method returns a Profile, and the new types are re-exported from the package entrypoints and documented in api.md.

SDK docs note that a successful save restarts the browser (CDP/WebDriver must reconnect; in-memory page state is lost) and may return 409 when the session is inactive, busy, or the pool lease changed. Version metadata (package.json, CHANGELOG, endpoint count) is bumped for the release; a skipped API test covers the new call shape.
