Instead, set it in tests. This requires a new flag `--add-git-config` which is like `--git-config` but uses repeated calls to the flag instead of a comma-separated value.

git-sync v4.8.0 stopped setting safe.directory=* (kubernetes/git-sync#993), so the jbops sidecar crashes with 'detected dubious ownership in repository at /add-ons'. Pass the replacement --git-config-add flag to restore it.

git-sync 4.8.0 no longer sets safe.directory=* (kubernetes/git-sync#993). The /subcleaner emptyDir is root-owned while git-sync runs as 1000, so git refuses it as dubious ownership and the sidecar crash-loops. Trust that one directory. Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>

git-sync v4.8.0 stopped setting safe.directory=* (kubernetes/git-sync#993). The add-ons emptyDir is root-owned (group via fsGroup), so the subcleaner sidecar aborted with 'detected dubious ownership' and crashlooped, taking the bazarr pod out of Ready. git-sync v4.8.0 stopped setting safe.directory=* (kubernetes/git-sync#993). The subcleaner sidecar's GITSYNC_ROOT is an emptyDir owned by root while git-sync runs as 568, so git rejected /add-ons with "detected dubious ownership" and the sidecar crash-looped, failing the HelmRelease upgrade.
