LGTM. This is a routine Dependabot bump of the transitive dependency certifi, from 2026.2.25 to 2026.10.18.
What was reviewed:
- The diff touches only the certifi entry in uv.lock. The version, sdist and wheel filenames all name 2026.10.18 and use the standard files.pythonhosted.org layout.
- pyproject.toml doesn't pin certifi. It only appears as an unversioned dependency of other locked packages, so nothing blocks the new version.
- The artifacts shrank by about 20 KB, which fits the upstream removal of CA roots (emsign). I couldn't check the hashes against PyPI from this environment.
Extended reasoning...
The change edits 3 lines in uv.lock and moves the transitive dependency certifi to 2026.10.18. The lockfile's other references to certifi carry no version constraint, and pyproject.toml is not modified. It touches no auth, injection or data-exposure code. The CA bundle does change, but certifi releases ship as data-only updates. CODEOWNERS only covers .github/, so uv.lock has no required owner, and the PR timeline has no other reviewers or objections.
