Stale ChatOpenAI key classification

Medium Severity

Raising langchain-openai to 1.7.2 adds constructor fields such as prompt_cache_options that _CHAT_OPENAI_FORWARDED_KEYS and _CHAT_OPENAI_EXCLUDED_KEYS do not classify. The drift tests require every ChatOpenAI field to be classified exactly once, so they fail, and any new parameter is silently dropped from default model construction.
