Versão 0.1.0-alpha.3, BuildInfo M1022, manifesto congelado do payload local M1022. Guia de uso, notas da versão e validação atualizados em inglês e pt-BR. Validação local: regressão completa 2236 integração + 3315 WPF = 5551, recorte Query Statistics 90 + 224, Build Release sem avisos, pacote self-contained 521 arquivos/guias/smoke aprovados, Test-PublicDocumentation válido.
