feat(agent): stream chat responses as typed SSE events - #380

agent_chat now returns a StreamingResponse emitting token, thinking, tool_start, tool_done and done events. ChatPanel consumes the stream so text appears progressively and tool calls show an in-progress state. Closes #300

mainby mistake and merged there. This is a clean cherry-pick of that same commit (16e497b) ontodev, with no other changes.mainis left as is: the nextdev→mainmerge will carry the same change without conflicts.See #379 for the full description and the manual test checklist.
